Consultation Fee: $30
Your consultation includes a personalized review of your medical history, health goals, and completed medical intake questionnaire with one of our providers. Following your evaluation, we will recommend the treatment plan and package options best suited to your individual goals and medical needs.
Our GLP-1 medical weight loss programs are available in flexible packages ranging from 1 month to 12 months.
The $30 consultation fee is non-refundable but will be credited toward the purchase of any GLP-1 package that is longer than one month (2 months or more). Patients who choose a 1-month package are not eligible to apply the consultation fee toward their purchase.

* Consultation fees are non-refundable and have no cash value.
* The consultation credit may only be applied to eligible GLP-1 packages of 2 months or longer.
* Treatment recommendations and medication eligibility are determined only after completion of the required medical intake and provider evaluation.
