At TheLipDoctor Medispa, we value your time, comfort, and care. Our policies are designed to create a seamless experience for every client while ensuring professionalism and efficiency from our team. Please review before booking.
📅 Rescheduling
A $250 non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm all appointments. To reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment date.
All changes must be made by phone or text only.
❌ Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will incur a $250 fee, required before rebooking.
⏰ Arrival
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow check-in and paperwork. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show.
💻 Consultations
We offer both virtual and in-person consultations for new patients. Please note: in-person consultations are for planning and may not guarantee same-day treatment.
💳 Payments
We accept: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. A 3% processing fee applies to all card transactions. To avoid this fee, cash or mobile payments are recommended.
🔒 Refunds
All treatments, packages, and products are final sale. Due to the medical nature of our services, no refunds can be issued.
